2 Chef's, 2 different dishes, the same base meat, cooked and served in 2 completely different styles and tastes!.

In the East Corner - Chef Eduardo Sanchez Jorrat renowned chef from Catherine Valley Winery on the East Side of Seneca Lake specializes in traditional Argentinian cooking methods and styles and brings his flare and pezazz to every dish he crafts (sometimes you may even meet his horse)!

In the West Corner - Chef Bradley Gillett, Owner & Proprietor of Seneca Lake Brewing Company & The Beerocracy on the West Side of Seneca Lake brings traditional British cooking methods and style to his dishes which wow the crowds every time.

Cooking will occur outside over our firepit, hang out with the Chef's & teams and drink a beverage & chat to them while they cook their dishes.

WHO WILL WIN?? YOU DECIDE!!

Each Chef and their team will curate a dish based on the same base meats and other elements, guests will purchase a ticket that will get them a small plate of each Chef's dish and a voting slip. Try each dish and vote on your favorite! At the end of the cook-off the winning Chef & Team get bragging rights for the next year. 

A portion of beer sales from the day will go to the Spirit of Schulyler Scholarship Fund in honor of our fallen brother & brewer - Corey Drake.

Live music will be available throughout the afternoon.

This is a free and family friendly event to attend & lawn chairs are recommended. Purchase of applicable food available on the day.
