About the Event

Remember! Remember!

Bonfire Night 2023 is upon us and we cant be more excited!

Help us to celebrate this British Tradition and enjoy the areas biggest bonfire. As with past years we are honored to run this as a fundraiser for The Spirit of Schuyler Scholarship Fund in honor of our fallen brewer & Brother - Corey Drake.

We will, as always be hosting our torchlit procession from the top of the property, led by bagpipes and with the Guy Fawkes Effigy leading the way before he is placed on the fire after which the fun starts with the lighting of the fire and watching it burn!!!

A limited number of Flaming torches to be used in the procession and for lighting the fire are available for purchase. (Grab them when you check out to ensure they dont sell out!)

The pavilion will host a number of guest breweries, wineries & distilleries pouring beverages for purchase.

Our amazing friends at Dean Lane Catering will also be onsite offering some delicious eats to fill your bellies with. (Menu coming soon).

"The Variables" will be onsite providing the incredible tunes for you to enjoy while feeling the warmth from the fire.

The Spirit of Schuyler will also be hosting a table and educating attendees on the great things they are doing as well as running a raffle with amazing prizes.

PARKING & TRANSPORTATION

For parking we have limited parking available at The Beerocracy, this is available on a first come first served basis. Once our parking lot is full our good friends across the street at Toast Winery have kindly agreed for us to use their parking lot.

**WHEN PARKING AT EITHER OUR LOCATION OR TOAST WINERY PLEASE PARK RESPONSIBLY AND AS CLOSE TO THE VEHICLE NEXT TO YOU AS POSSIBLE SO THAT WE MAY MAXIMIZE ON AVAILABLE SPACES. IF PARKING AT TOAST WINERY YOU WILL NEED TO CROSS THE HIGHWAY TO GET TO THE BEEROCRACY, PLEASE PAY ATTENTION, THIS IS A BUSY ROAD**

For this years event unfortunately we were unable to secure a complimentary shuttle to ferry attendees from Watkins Glen, however we have been speaking with a local Uber Driver who will be available to run a service up and back from The Beerocracy. His name is Mike and his contact number is 607-795-6372. We recommend reaching out to him to book your transportation.

Admission tickets:

Regular Price After 29th October - $20.00 Adult / $10.00 under 21.

This is an outdoor event so please keep an eye on the weather and dress accordingly. Please feel free to bring a pop up chair to use around the fire once it burns down.

***MOST IMPORTANTLY*** We want this to be a fun event, but please understand there comes a lot of risk with putting on this event. Please be respectful of our staff, volunteers and craft beverage expo vendors. It's taken a lot of planning to put this together and will be a great night... Remember, Remember (lol) this event involves fire, if you are in the procession please stay a safe distance from others in front of you. When lighting the fire with the torches please listen to our staff for instructions, when enjoying the fire please do not play with it, simply relax and enjoy it......
