Based on the success of our cook-off last summer we are ramping things up and holding a trifecta cook-off series!

The first of which features 4 incredibly talented individuals:

Each Chef gets a budget and a single full size paella pan and burner to cook on.. What will they create. Come out and see!

Chef Eduardo - Esteemed chef and culinary master behind the Caherine Valley Winery Argentinian cookouts. Chef Eduardo is a master at open fire cooking and the meats. Crafting delicious tender dishes that make the mouth water.

Chef Michael - Co-Owner & Founder of Dean Lane Catering. Michael's palate and chef skills are second to none and there is nothing he cannot cook. His attention to detail and flavors are incredible and enough to make any food aficionado's taste buds go wild.

Chef Greg - Co-Owner and Executive Chef at the 1897 Beekman House brings his passion and skill from many years in the culinary industry in NYC. Chef Greg is renowned for his exquisite dinners at The Beekman House and has the ability to craft incredible dishes utilizing the freshest of ingredients.

Chef Bradley - Owner & Founder of Seneca Lake Brewing Company & The Beerocracy. Bradley's passion for food stems from many years of working in kitchens and loving all demographics of food in general give him the ability to create amazing dishes with flavors that excite.

How the event works -

- There is no fee to attend.

- Purchase a ticket which gets you a plate of all 4 chefs creations. Ticket price is $40.00

- Enjoy the food and then vote on your favorite dish.

All proceeds of food sales from the event will be donated equally between the Schuyler County & Yates County SPCA's. Additionally, feel free to bring a donation of pet food, cat liter or supplies as we will also be collecting for donations.

Live music will be available from 3 - 6pm provided by The Sweats.
