About the Event
Join Beerocracy & Crust Chef - Zachary Long for the first of our winter Beer Pairing Dinners.
Enjoy 4 courses crafted by Chef Zach paired with each course being paired with a half pint of Seneca Lake Brewing Company beer.
(All dishes will be served sharing style in the center of each table)
Enjoy your first drink at 6:30pm on arrival as people get seated at their tables, Seneca Lake Brewing Company Owner & Founder will make introductions to Chef Zachary Long & the team who will be waiting on you for the evening as well as provide education around the additional 4 beers that will be poured with each course.
The 1st Course
Roasted Eggplant with Basil & Feta
Fresh eggplant roasted in a cast iron skillet infused with garlic, caramelized onion jam & spices, toped with chiffonade, basil, crumbled feta and drizzled olive oil. Served with sliced crostini.
The 2nd Course
Szechuan Roasted Whole Chicken & Seasonal Vegetables
A whole roasted chicken seasoned with Szechuan pepper, lemon, fennel & onion carved and served atop a mound of roasted fingerling potato's, fresh organic carrots & broccoli with a side dish of chicken & pea risotto.
The 3rd Course
Fresh Berry Panna Cotta
Traditional Italian Panna Cotta cream dessert served with macerated fresh berries.
The 4th Course
Baked Brie & Cranberries
Finish the night with some delicious cast iron baked brie topped with fresh crushed cranberries and served with French bread for dipping/smearing.
The beer pairings will be identified on the night of the event.
This is a socially distanced event and is limited to just 6 tables of 4 persons per table. Mask wearing is require at all times except when seated at a table. A staff member will be on hand to take additional beer orders at guests tables. Due to limitations on available tables ticket purchases are for an entire table of 4 persons.
