About the Event
It's winter and in our mind no better time that to be doing some outdoor cooking. Most people associate the term "Apres" with after skiing antics but we think it can be applied anytime.
Join us for an outdoor cookout, snuggle up and keep warm around the numerous firepits we will have lit on the Snug Pad and enjoy some delicious eats that chef Zach will be cooking over the main open fire. Some sounds will be provided to allow you to enjoy the full outdoor experience.
We highly encourage people to bundle up in their favorite skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling or other winter outdoor attire. The Snug and main pub will also be open and heated for those not wishing to sit outdoors around a fire.
Pre-purchase of food items is required from the below menu (menu items will not be available for purchase on the day which will allow us to know how many to cater for).

Open Fire Chilli - $13.00
The winter classic! A healthy portion of beef chilli served with a side of cornbread, sour cream and cheese.
Fire Roasted Vegetable Skewers & Ratatouille Sauce - $15.00
2 x fire roasted vegetable skewers and a fired baked potato served with butter & sour cream.
Surf & Turf en Papillote - $18.00
Surf & turf served in a bag of flavor explosions. Tender sirloin steak & shrimp cooked and served en papillote style over the open fire served with a fire baked potato & sour cream and butter.
If by chance there is enough snow on the ground on this date please also feel free to bring your ski's, snowboards or sleds and enjoy our hill....
