Well you have been mislead! Haggis is delicious! Think of it as a Scottish crumbly version of meatloaf!!!
About Haggis
Yes, real Scottish Haggis is made from lamb, offal, oats and spices and wrapped in a sheep's stomach, but real Scottish Haggis is illegal in the USA (specifically because the USDA has banned the use of Lung meat in any foods in the USA). That being said you can buy American made haggis which features ground chuck, oats & spices and its delicious!!!
